Recommend, the hotel is great. The wonderful atmosphere when you walk in.
wi fi was working perfectly. in addition, the parking was onsite. decent place for exploring minneapolis.
For evening drinks visit Hell's Kitchen, it is located within 10 minutes by foot. Quick room service. Loring park was 1 km away, perfectly reachable. We were greeted by helpful staff.
The food was wonderful as was the historic building.
I did not like that the room was sooooo silent. There was not any type of fan to drown out the silence, not even a bathroom fan. I could hear the lady next door cough. Not a good nights sleep.
Location. Close to good shoping and great restaurants.
Room service was awesome and staff was friendly !!!
I did not like the loud crowd or the fact the hotel turned into a night club at night.
Great city veiw
Bed was a little stiff and walk in shower room is quite small.
It is a unique building and the staff was very friendly. I thought is was a little pricey for the items in the room refrigerator. The locations is great.
At night I found it very loud when other rooms closed there doors. It made a loud bang.
The service was top notch. Everyone working at The Foshay was very professional and catered to every need. The room was extremely comfortable and the food was very good. I recommend for young couples.
Staff was great - rooms were nice and modern
Shower water pressure was low
Amount of space, room wasn't as spectacular
The design and style, both the rooms and lounge downstairs. Bathroom was divine. Bed was super comfortable. Loved the real down pillows and duvet!
The staff was so "cool" that they were aloof and unfriendly, and when an error was made by them they did not apologize. The lounge was great on slower nights but was teeming and crazy during a weekend conference. If a "scene" is your cup of tea, you'll love it.
liked the retro feel of the place coupled with the very modern room styles
Walkways from the hotel don't open until late on Sunday mornings which is ok in the summer but could be tricky in the Minneapolis winters
The Lobby bar! The Lobby is beautiful and has seating arrangements for large groups. Beautifully colored furniture in leathers and velvet make it vary classy and comfortable.
My Booked.net reservation did not carry through to the hotel leaving me with no reservations and a larger bill that what I had booked with my Booked.net reservation. I did however have my email print off and they corrected my bill the next morning.
